How We Work

What We Support

We fund capital projects—the infrastructure that lasts and serves the community for years to come.

We say yes to:

Recreational and sports facilities

Cultural infrastructure

Equipment that supports community programs

Projects that benefit many people for many years

We do not fund:

Routine operations or maintenance

Individual needs or private projects

Policy initiatives

Projects outside of our service area

How Projects Get Chosen

Every funding request goes through our volunteer board, where we ask straightforward questions:

Does this align with our mission?

How many community members will benefit?

How long will the positive impact last?

What are the chances this will actually succeed?

Is this the best use of community dollars?

The projects that score well across all areas get our support.

How we help

Depending on the needs, we can:

Providing direct financing from our capital reserves

Collaborate with other organizations to raise funds together

Facilitate donations with tax receipts for specific projects.

Our promise

Local action. Lasting change. No red tape.
